The Centre for Career Development and Impact (CCDI) is more than a school or training centre, it is a career development eco-system. The 5D Career Success Framework

Our unique 5D Framework guides learners step by step:

Discover (Ages 5–12): Children explore careers, talents, subjects, and possibilities through Dream Big Clubs and interactive learning.
Design (Ages 13–19): Teens build self & career identity and make future plans through Career Identity Labs, Future Plan Builder, and study support.
Develop (Ages 20–30): Young adults gain employability and workplace skills through Career Readiness Accelerators, mentorship, and language training.
Distinguish (24+): Professionals sharpen career & leadership skills, excellence, and influence through Bootcamps, Workplace Essentials, and alumni forums.
