🌱 DISCOVER – Early Awareness & Exploration
Target Group: Children, pre-teens, early teens* | Core Target Group - ages 5-12 years
Goal: Spark curiosity and introduce career possibilities.*
Pathways
Career Compass Tour – An exciting outreach experience that brings real careers to life through interactive exhibits, workshops, and presentations in schools and communities.
Career Discovery Days – Fun, hands-on sessions (part of the Career Compass Tour) where students meet professionals and explore different industries.
Dream Big! Career Adventures Club – A fun, ongoing club where primary students explore careers through story-based learning, creative activities, and personal development.
Holistic Development Courses (HDC) – Identity, confidence, and character-building classes offered inside the club.
Academic Learner Support Programme (ALSP) – Core subject support with a career-readiness focus to strengthen academic foundations.

Package & Options: Standard package includes any three subjects of choice. Parents may add additional subjects for a small fee.
How We Offer It: Small-group tutoring, interactive online sessions, and in-person workshops designed to match each learner’s stage and pace.
✏️ DESIGN – Self Identity Awareness, Enhancement, Planning & Goal Mapping
Target Group: Teens, secondary students* (13-19 years)
Goal: Turn personal interests into a clear academic and career plan.*

Career & Self-Identity Lab – Guided sessions that help students explore strengths, values, and career possibilities, including
Career Fit Assessments to identify matching career clusters and suitable subject choices.
Life Skills / Holistic Development Courses (HDC) – Ongoing training in confidence, decision-making, financial basics, and social awareness to support personal growth alongside academics.
Future Plan Builder – A structured process for mapping short-term academic targets and long-term career goals, producing a personal action plan.
LEAP Internships – Introductory, project-based experiences within the Digital Campus that provide early exposure to workplace habits and responsibilities.
Digital Campus Events – Peer networking and idea-sharing activities that build confidence, planning skills, and a sense of community.
Academic Learner Support Programme (ALSP) – Core subject tutoring in Mathematics, English Language, Book Club | Essay & Report Writing, Exam & Study Techniques (Bonus)

Target Group: Young Adults (20–30 years)
Goal: Equip young adults with employability skills, workplace readiness, and the confidence to thrive in early career stages.Pathways:
Career Readiness Accelerator – Youth Pipeline: A structured programme to build essential career foundations, from CV writing to interview prep, so participants transition smoothly into the world of work.
Employability Skills Training: Focused workshops in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability — the core skills employers seek globally. With:-
Life Skills / Holistic Development Courses (HDC) (Optional)
These optional courses focus on the personal growth side of career readiness. From financial literacy and time management to wellness, confidence-building, and emotional intelligence, HDC equips young adults with the everyday life skills needed to thrive both inside and outside the workplace.
Spanish for Business Purposes (Optional): Language training designed for international business environments, opening doors to global opportunities.
Youth Fellowship – The Rising: A fellowship programme that develops emerging leaders through mentorship, service projects, and leadership exposure, preparing them to rise with confidence and impact.
